But out of no where it seemed, the Boston Celtics started to become a contender in the NBA recently and ended up beating the Los Angeles Lakers to win the NBA Championship one year, only to get bested by the Lakers and even more recently. Now the Celtics are in the playoffs again! Of course, it wasn't really out of no where, they added Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and Rajon Rondo to the lethal Paul Pierce and the rest was history.
